The amount is drawn from your account when your order is received by this web-shop. There can never be deducted an amount bigger than what you have approved with your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation when the items you purchased are on their way to you.
The price of products in this shop may be altered, and some items may go on sale with no prior notice.
When purchasing items in your own currency, please be aware that your bank may still charge you a Foreign Transaction Fee. This is out of our control.
We ship worldwide. All orders ship from Copenhagen, Denmark. The cost of shipping varies depending on your location.
Residents in Copenhagen may choose to pick up their items for free. We will reach out to you to find a suitable time and tell you the address after checkout.
If you choose a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order. All other orders are shipped either to a collect point or delivered at the provided address.
If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 5-10 business days. In the case of delays you will be contacted about it via e-mail. If you need the item by a particular date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Please make sure to order in time to avoid late deliveries.
The duration of shipping depends on the courier. If you are not able to find your country on the shipping list, please write an email to tell us your address and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order write an email to us quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have already been shipped, then please follow the return policy as detailed below.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us at your own cost for a full refund upon receipt. According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it.
We will reimburse you, excluding shipping cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the items are received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).

One-of-a-kind items such as limited edition prints cannot be replaced if sold out.

Please inform us beforehand if you are returning an item, by sending a message to shop @ mariamzakarian . com (without spaces), detailing the reason for the refund, with a copy of your receipt.
The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should make sure to get a receipt for shipment. This web shop will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a few days. Please note that we do not accept packages sent Cash On Delivery.
