1. Price and Payment
At this web-shop transactions are processed via PayPal and other reputable services, which ensures security and safety for customers. You do not need a PayPal account – you can choose to pay as a guest and use most credit cards during checkout. All prices are in Euro (€), and may be displayed in your local currency.
The amount is drawn from your account when your order is received by this web-shop. There can never be deducted an amount bigger than what you have approved with your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation when the items you purchased are on their way to you.
The price of products in this shop may be altered, and some items may go on sale with no prior notice.
2. Multi-currency Purchases
When purchasing items in your own currency, please be aware that your bank may still charge you a Foreign Transaction Fee. This is out of our control.
3. Shipping
All orders ship from Copenhagen, Denmark. All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order. The cost of shipping varies depending on your location. We ship worldwide.
Residents in Copenhagen may choose to pick up their items for free. We will reach out to you to find a suitable time and tell you the address after checkout. All other orders are shipped either to a collect point or delivered at the provided address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service due to Covid19 or other factors. Please make sure to order in time to avoid late deliveries.
4. Delivery
If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 5 business days. However, in particularly busy periods, it may take up to 10 business days to ship orders. If this is the case, you will be contacted about it via e-mail. If you need the item by a particular date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The duration of shipping depends on the courier. If you are not able to find your country on the shipping list, please write an email to tell us your address and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order write an email to us quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have already been shipped, then please follow the return policy as detailed below.
6. Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us at your own cost for a full refund upon receipt.
According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it. Please inform us beforehand if you are returning an item, by sending a message to
shop @ mariamzakarian . com (without spaces), detailing the reason for the refund, with a copy of your receipt.
We will reimburse you, excluding shipping cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the items are received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).
One-of-a-kind items such as limited edition prints cannot be replaced if sold out.
Certain items are Non-returnable:
- Perishable goods or flowers
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
7. How to Return a Product
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages sent Cash On Delivery. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should make sure to get a receipt for shipment. This web shop will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
